Freezing Parsley for Winter Use

I freeze my parsley for winter use the same way I freeze my chives. During the summer, I gather fresh, young parsley leaves and wash them. Chop leaves. I then fill ice cube trays with about a tablespoon of chopped parsley in each compartment. Add about a teaspoon of water to each compartment and freeze. After the parsley cubes are frozen, I store them in a plastic container for winter recipes.
