Jasmine Potpourri

My family and I live in Pennsylvania, so it's difficult to grow the warmer climate plants. I remember when my mother bought jasmine and we had to keep moving it indoors and out. I haven't been that energetic and I just buy my dried jasmine flowers online.

1 pint dried jasmine petals
1/2 pint dried rose petals
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp sea salt
1/2 oz powdered orris root

Mix in non-metal bowl with a wooden spoon. For a stronger scent, you can add a drop or two of jasmine fragrance oil and mix in well. Display in a bowl or special dish.
