Lavender Rose Potpourri

In my next garden, I plan on planting my favorite herbs and flowers. These include English lavender, rosemary, and heirloom rose bushes. This easy potpourri recipe uses my 3 favorite herbs/flowers and it has a touch of my favorite spice - cinnamon!

1 qt dried English lavender flowers
1 pint dried rose petals
1/2 pint dried rosemary
1-1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 Tbsp sea salt
1/2 oz powdered orris root

Mix in glass bowl with wooden spoon - no metal. If you want a stronger scent, add 2 drops lavender, 1 drop rose, and 1 drop rosemary fragrance oil. Mix well and set into a bowl for display.
