Losing Weight With Online Applications

Having a baby at 38 took a toll on my body. Unlike when I was in my 20s, losing the extra bit of belly fat is proving difficult. To combat this and help myself get motivated, I turned on my iPad for some inspiration and found a bunch of weight loss apps. These include a lot of calorie counters and weight logs - perfect for keeping track of what I eat and thinking through what I can do to cut back on fatty foods and gang up on the healthy stuff.
