How to Make a Small Batch of Pumpkin Pie Spice


Every autumn, I have a need for pumpkin pie spice, but I never have any on hand. Instead, I've started to make my own in small batches - just enough for the autumn season when I am busy making homemade pumpkin pies and pumpkin breads. This recipe makes 2 tablespoons of pumpkin pie spice.

What you need:
2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp ground mace

Mix ingredients in a small bowl and store in a small, clean container.
