How to Make Soft Biscuits


For many years, I made biscuits with all-purpose flour. Then, I read about making biscuits with cake flour and I tried it out by simply replacing the all-purpose flour with cake flour in my normal recipe. What a difference! The biscuits made with cake flour were much softer than the ones I have been making all these years with all-purpose flour.
