Chicken salad

Use leftover cooked chicken to make this recipe.

Makes 3 cups.

3 cups cooked chicken, cubed
1/2 cup mayonnaise 
1/4 cup finely chopped celery 
2 tbsp lemon juice 
1/8 salt 

Put all of the ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. Serve over lettuce or as a sandwich filler.
