Easy Poppy Seed Bread

Easy Poppy Seed Bread


  • 1 package yellow cake mix 
  • 1 package coconut cream instant pudding 
  • 4 large eggs, lightly beaten 
  • 1 cup warm water 
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil 
  • 1/4 cup poppy seeds


Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Scrape batter into two, greased bread loaf pans. Bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees F until  bread is firm.
