I love, love, love deviled eggs, so when I came across this recipe, I had to try it.
12 hard-boiled eggs
6 Tbsp mayonnaise
2 tsp anchovy paste
1 tsp sugar
2 Tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
Peel hard-boiled eggs. Cut the eggs in half, lengthwise. Remove the yellow yolks and put them in a small bowl. Mash the yolks with a fork. Add the remaining ingredients and blend well. Either spoon the yolk mixture back into the egg whites or use a pastry tube to fill the whites. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
