Bacon Avocado Dip

This delicious avocado dip, flavored with chopped bacon, is so easy to make and can be made the day before the party. Serve it with potato chips, corn chips, or carrot sticks.

  • 2 ripe avocados (about 1 pound)
  • 1/2 tsp onion salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 slices cooked, crisp bacon, chopped

  1. Cut the avocados in half. Remove the pits and skin. Put the avocado into a small bowl and mash it with a fork or a potato masher until either chunky or smooth, depending on your preference.

  2. Add the onion salt, garlic salt, lemon juice, and chopped bacon. Mix.

  3. Cover dip and refrigerate until ready to use.
