Chili Meatballs

Chili Meatballs

Makes about 40 meatballs.

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
  • 2 tsp sea salt
  • 1-1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 lb. ground beef

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, beat egg and water. Stir in the cheddar cheese, bread crumbs, salt, and chili powder. Add ground beef and mix with hands until well blended. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls and place them in a shallow pan. Bake for 12 minutes or until cooked through. Serve hot.
