Chili MeatballsMakes about 40 meatballs.
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
- 2 tsp sea salt
- 1-1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1 lb. ground beef
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, beat egg and water. Stir in the cheddar cheese, bread crumbs, salt, and chili powder. Add ground beef and mix with hands until well blended. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls and place them in a shallow pan. Bake for 12 minutes or until cooked through. Serve hot.
