Eggs in Bacon

Eggs in Bacon

Makes 4 servings.

  • 4 strips bacon, half cooked
  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 Tbsp heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper, as desired

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Grease 4 muffin cups with bacon grease. Set each bacon strip in a circle along the insides of each muffin cup. Break each egg into each cup. Put 1 tablespoon of cream over each egg and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake for 15 minutes or until eggs are set firm. Serve immediately.
