Write a Kindle eBook About Homeschooling

Why Homeschooling?

Homeschooling remains strong and popular, especially in this day when schools blame and punish the victims of bullying, drugs are being used on school grounds, and parents disagree with the materials being taught in school. With all this riffraff going on, parents continue to need quality books about homeschooling.

Are You Experienced?

I home schooled my two oldest children until they reached high school. During that time, I created almost all of my own material, supplemented with photocopies from workbooks borrowed from a university library. It was a lot of work. I wanted non-religious teaching materials while still teaching my kids about cultures and religious views worldwide, from past to present. The material had to be unbiased. The only way I could get this material is by choosing books for the kids to read and creating my own worksheets.

If you have never home schooled before, you do not have a clue as to what it is like being both a parent and a teacher. However, if you have been through the process, it is time to share with the rest of the homeschooling parents.

Homeschooling eBook Ideas

There are numerous topics to tackle in ebooks about homeschooling. Here is a list of some ideas:

  • Homeschooling young children
  • How to homeschool teenagers
  • Lesson plans on any subject, from myths and fables to algebra and grammar
  • How to get started in homeschooling
  • Arts and crafts
  • Teaching about classical music
  • Fire safety in the home
  • Homeschooling a child with ADHD
  • Starting a homeschooling club
  • Turning trips into educational outings
  • Free resources for home schoolers
  • At home science projects

Whatever you decide to write about, put your own personal experience into the telling. And, please, if your ebook is written for people of a certain religion, put that in your title. It is the courteous thing to do and will both attract readers that belong to your religion and prevent negative reviews from people who were seeking secular materials.
